In addition to the Background Check Information provided and used in the credit/background check process, when you apply to rent a property you may be required to provide additional information including, but not limited to, employment status, employment history, office phone number, income, assets, the number and type of pets you own, smoking preferences, first date you can move in, past rental history, criminal record, prior law suits, and other information as requested by a prospective landlord.
Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
- Log Information: We log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the referrer.
